I used this app to track my time at my customers and was able to export. I had been using it since May 2015, but when they went to 2.0, I can no longer export. They state that if you contact them, they will help, but Ive sent 5 emails and no response. So, in my case, they LIED!
That being said, you may want to consider another app that doesnt change its Cost policy when you get into it and force you to pay for services monthly you may already paid for as a one-time cost.
Hope this helps your decision, and maybe their customer service improves.
Now I have to start over with a new app. Would I recommend? Not if this is their customer service policy.
