I bought annual pro membership hoping this app and web app gets better. after giving them couple months since its first launch of 2.0... there are so many bugs and web app is not reliable at all. Team support takes too long to respond to my emails (took me a week). I dont know how many actually paid their membership but this company should hire more staffs to make the app usable and provide customer service more timely basis.
After trying Hours for couple months... I am going back to my original software.
I gave up on trying this hours app and wont recommend this to anyone. use it free but dont bother to buy pro.
