Long time user...but unusable, no support, so no longer

Update:
Emailed support, waited over a week. Long time user that upgraded to the subscription service...terribly buggy with cloud sync and now deleting the app and cancelling subscription. Going with HoursTracker. Reliable and support responds. Sorry to see you go. :-(

After signing up for the paid subscription nothing is usable. Fix or Ill have to go elsewhere.
